Wedding Guest Photos
Ask your friends to send you a picture of their wedding or a picture of themselves with you. These images can then be displayed as focal point in your reception – either hanging from tree branches or displayed in different photo frames.
Pretty Pashminas
Buy or gather 20 or 30 pashminas depending on the size of your wedding for guests who venture outside.
Guest Book
Looking for an alternative to a traditional guest book? I suggest printing a large invitation and displaying it at the drinks reception for guests to write their wedding wishes for you and get this framed after the wedding to hang in your home as a wonderful memento of your wedding day.
Photo Fun
For my wedding, we made a large picture frame on the lawn of our venue with the date of our wedding at the top. Guests stood into the frame for photographs and loved it! Or you can create a banner with your names, the wedding date or a welcome message for guests and attach it between trees, fence posts or along the side of your venue.
Swizzle Sticks
Make your cocktails at your drinks reception even cooler by adding swizzle sticks adorned with little labels saying ‘I do’.
Personalised Place Cards
Personalise table place cards with personal information about the guest sitting opposite. This is such a great way to introduce people to each other at a formal dinner.
