I have a wealth of experience in food both extensive and impressive having worked as a chef myself in both Relais & Chateaux Hotels and international chains such as the Hyatt Regency in the West Indies. My unique insight provides precisely managed direction for both the catering and service teams. I love food and have the ability to bring together International teams of chefs for specific occasions if requested. I love local produce and small artisan suppliers who bring something special to a plate.

Don’t be worried to tell any chef anywhere in the world the kind of food you like. To often we are afraid to enjoy what we like because we are worried it may not be the right food for the right event. If you like burgers or chips late at night then you should have them on your wedding night no matter where you are. If you are vegan ,vegetarian or a local from a tribe in New York city that only eats fallen fruit.
